Alpine Healthcare is a family-run business, and we ensure to get to know every Service user personally. We are proud that we have grown successfully and pride ourselves in the knowledge that we have gained in the past as a Team. We consider working hands-on and are actively involved in delivering an excellent service to the Service Users in their Homes.

Person-centered Care
We provide person-centered care that is designed to your needs. To provide quality and person-centered care at home, it is important to involve Service users, their families, and other multidisciplinary team members. We consider that continuity of care is an important aspect of building a trusted relationship with the Service Users. Therefore, we do try our best to have good communication with the Service users so that they are kept informed of care team involved.
The Team
We believe our staff are the core of our Service. Our staff are kind and empathetic. All staff are Garda vetted, reference checked, and professionally trained. This is to ensure that we provide safe and quality care to our Service Users.
Quality Service
We are proud to provide a quality person-centred Homecare service. We train our staff to provide exceptional service. All our staff attend a general induction by which they learn the policies and procedures of Alpine Healthcare to provide quality care to the Service Users.
Our trainings are in line with HSE guidelines and recommendations
We are committed to providing support to our staff 24/7 hours so that they can deliver quality care to our Service Users confidently. We are Our staff our fully supported in their roles and we are available 24/7.
We are available if the staff needs help through our dedicated on-call service. Each staff member is assigned a Line Manager and Care Supervisor whom they can approach with any concerns.
