We commit to providing high-quality services, in line with statutory requirements and internationally recognised best practice guidelines to deliver the best support for each person who accesses our services.
Our highly trained, enthusiastic and person-centred team members are committed to working closely with the individual, their families or other persons in their support group to provide a holistic approach to maximizing outcomes.
Community Inclusion
Alpine Healthcare believes that all individuals should have the opportunity to live as contributing members of the community while being valued for their abilities and uniqueness.
We advocate for and promote meaningful inclusion of those who access our services in the local and wider community.
Dignity & Partnership
Staff work in partnership with those who access our services in a respectful and person-centred manner. Service users are treated with dignity, with due regard to their personal choices and preferences.
Service users are active participants in the creation and maintenance of their Individualised Care Plans and are actively encouraged to develop their sense of personal dignity through activities and participation in tasks that build confidence, increase their own feelings of self-respect, and build trust in their own abilities. Service users are encouraged to identify those with whom they would welcome involvement in their development, including family members, friends, or staff.
